What pet families now expect from their vet
Families compare every clinic with the apps on their phone. The four things they now expect, and how to give them without more staff.

A family that orders food, pays bills and books doctors from their phone now expects the same from their vet. Not a fancier clinic: just less waiting and fewer lost papers.
Records they can open
The vaccine card that goes missing, the lab report they cannot find when they travel, the prescription the boarding kennel asks for. Families want these on their phone, and they want to know they came from you.
Reminders that arrive
Most missed vaccines are not a choice. The family simply forgot. A reminder on time brings the pet back to you, not to whichever clinic is nearest that day.
A short wait
Time at the desk is time the family remembers. Bills with GST made in a few taps, and notes drafted while you talk, keep the queue moving.
A clear answer at night
When a pet is unwell at 11 pm, families search the internet and panic. The FetchWise app's Sage tells them plainly whether to watch at home, see a vet within hours, or go now, and points them to their own vet.
Doing it without more staff
FetchWise Clinic does this work for you: reminders go out on their own, every signed record reaches the family's free FetchWise app, and Sage drafts your notes for you to check. It is free for now while we build it with our first clinics.
